HOW CAN YOU HELP?
- Donate! Now through September 15, 2017, you may drop off your donations at the book shed (to the right of the library). We have installed a book drop where you may drop off your unboxed donations (up to two boxes). If you have more than two boxes or are unable to drop them off, please contact Kim Fletcher (our book sale organizer) at 268-2043 or email email@example.com. We happily accept donations of gently used books, CDs, and DVDs.
- Volunteer! We are always in need of volunteers to help sort books as they come in, to help with pre-sale set up, to man the sale and assist patrons, and to help with end of sale clean up. Contact Kim at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in helping out.
We cannot except:
Condensed books-i.e. Readers Digest
VHS or Cassette tapes
Old medical books
Old law books
We cannot accept damaged items:
missing or torn covers
musty or smoky smelling
Please bring these items or others that we cannot accept directly to the Solid Waste Facility off Foreside Road for proper recycling.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration! With your help, this could be our best book sale yet!
